Victor de Boer
Victor is Assistant Professor at VU University Amsterdam and Senior Research Fellow at Netherlands Istitute for Sound and Vision. His research focuses on applications for Semantic Web and Linked Data for Cultural Heritage and Digital Humanities. Within CLARIAH, he is working on WP2 and WP5 . Previously he was involved in a number of European and Dutch projects in this field including, CLARIN (in the ‘Dutch Ships and Sailors’ and ‘Verrijkt Koninkrijk’ pilot projects), EuropeanaConnect and MultimediaN E-Culture focusing on data integration and semantic enrichment.
