Live endpoint for harvesting the GTAA on OpenSKOS

The GTAA is available over an OAI-PMH provider in oai_rdf format using the set specification beng:gtaa. The data coming from OpenSKOS is RDF/XML formatted, using the SKOS, DC and DCTERMS namespaces together with some custom elements from the openskos namespace.
